In our Krav Maga classes, students will undergo training in combative techniques including punches, palm strikes, elbows, knees and kicks. Our students will also learn self-defenses against common threats such as strikes, choking, grabbing, and weapons attacks. Midtown Krav Maga also emphasizes stress training to train the mind as well as the body to react to threats with effectiveness and purpose.
